This roast is a single-origin heirloom from the famous Ethiopian town of Yirgachefe, where the nearby farms consistently produce some of the best coffees in the world. It’s a hand-picked and grown in 2000 meters high altitude. It’s a complex and flavourful bean. Smooth-bodied with sweet bright flavors. It has a floral aroma, pronounced fruity notes of both lemon and blueberries, as well as a classic after taste of nuts and chocolate.
